30-day returns
Send items back within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price. Items must be unworn and unwashed, in their original packaging.

Wrong size? We’ll exchange it for the right one free of charge. Contact us within 30 days of delivery and we’ll send you the instructions.
Your legal right to cancel
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you can cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. To cancel, tell us clearly through our contact form and return the items within 14 days of telling us. We’ll refund you, including the standard delivery cost you paid, within 14 days of receiving the items back. You pay the cost of returning the items unless they are faulty or not as described.
Faulty or wrong items
If your order arrives faulty, damaged or not as described, contact us and we’ll replace it or refund you in full, including return postage. This doesn’t affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
